How UEC Projects Services Company LLC handles the personal data you send through this website, in line with the Saudi Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL).

What we collect

Through the proposal form: your name, company, email, phone, project details and any files you attach. Through the CV form: your name, nationality, contact details, role, experience, approval and location status, your CV and any certificates.

Why we use it

To respond to your enquiry and prepare proposals, and to consider you for current and future roles. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who sees it

Only UEC staff who need it: our Marketing & Contracts team for enquiries and our Admin & HR team for CVs. Where you apply for work on a client project, we may share your CV with that client with your knowledge.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any resulting contract. CVs are kept for up to 24 months, unless you ask us to delete them earlier.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing hashar@uecksa.com (enquiries) or hr@uecksa.com (CVs).
